摘要
随着法学教育和研究的理论型和实务型分野,有关部门和高校采取了一系列制度措施推动实务型法学教师建设,但仍然面临着很多问题。其中,最为关键的是,以职称为抓手的激励机制,难以改变科研主导型的职称评价机制和打通高校与实务界的职称衔接机制。对此,亟须通过健全岗位主要职责的指标体系制度、建立尽职激励合约的职务聘任制度和构建敬业激励合约的动态评议制度等措施予以完善。
With the theoretical and practical division in domestic legal education and research,relevant administrative departments,colleges and universities have adopted a series of institutional measures to promote the construction of practice-type law teachers,but the result are facing many problems.Among them,the most important is that it is difficult to change the research,oriented evaluation mechanism of teachers' professional titles and the connection mechanism between the university and the law enforcement departments.In this regard,it is urgent to improve the indicators system of the main duties of the job,establishing the due diligence contract in the job appointment system,and constructing the incentive contract in the dynamic evaluation system.
