摘要
GCSE证书考试既是英国检验中学生学业成绩与学习能力的直接凭证,是衡量基础教育教学质量的有效指标。GCSE考试制度自1988年实施至今已满三十载。回顾历程,GCSE制度的改革主要围绕提升基础教育质量、完善现有教育体系、增强民众信心与满意度等目标持续推进,取得了一定成效。考试组织机构由“全权组织”到“单科负责”、考试评价方式由“内外结合”到“考试为主”、考试评分体系由“分层评价”到“统一模式”是GCSE考试制度改革的未来走向。
GCSE certificate examination is both a direct test of academic achievement and learning ability and an effective measure of the quality of primary education in England. It has been 30 years since the introduction of the GCSE system in 1988. In the four historical periods of seek improvement in stability, conflict, crisis and excellence, the reform has been continuously promoted around the goal of improving the quality of basic education, perfecting the existing education system and enhancing public confidence and satisfaction. However, there are still many "historical problems" with the GCSE system. It is the future trend of GCSE reform that the examination organization changes from "overall organization" to "single subject responsibility", the examination evaluation method changes from "internal and external combination" to "examination-oriented", and the examination score system changes from "hierarchical evaluation" to "unified mode".
