国外校长专业发展研究的现状及发展态势——基于WOS(2006-2018年)的文献计量可视化分析 被引量:6

摘要 为客观了解国外校长专业发展研究的发展趋势、研究热点和前沿,研究从文献计量视角出发,采用CiteSpace.Excel等分析工具对国外校长专业发展研究的文献进行计量可视化分析。研究表明,国际上尤其是美国校长专业发展研究人员和机构的合作较多;从高被引文献上看,研究注重实证性;研究热点上,该领域研究主要集中于知识、教师领导力、观念、学生成就;研究基础上,已形成了较系统的研究知识基础,研究前沿上,主要是注重新思考教学领导力、关注年级组织、设计专业发展、教师评价、校长隐喻、年度调查、基于证据的年级协作、减少不平等方面。 In order to understand the development trends, research hotspots and frontiers of foreign principals’ professional development research objectively, this paper uses CiteSpace, Excel and other analytical tools to conduct a visual analysis of the literature on the professional development of foreign principals from the perspective of bibliometrics. Studies have shown that there are more international cooperation among professional development researchers and institutions in the United States: From the highly cited literature, the research focuses on positivism; on the research hotspot, the research mainly focuses on knowledge, teachers’ leadership,ideas and students’ achievements; On the basis of research, a more systematic research knowledge base has been formed; On the frontier of research, it mainly focuses on new thinking teaching leadership, attention to grade organization, design professional development, teacher evaluation, principal metaphor, annual investigation, evidence-based grade collaboration and reduction of inequality.
