株洲市妇产科护士职业价值观和离职意愿现状调查及其影响因素 被引量:1

Investigation of occupational value, turnover intention and influence factors of obstetrics and gynecology nurses in Zhuzhou

摘要 目的调查株洲市妇产科护士的职业价值观、离职意愿状况,分析其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样法,选取株洲市5所综合医院妇产科护士210名为调查对象,使用社会人口学资料调查表、职业价值观量表、离职意愿量表、工作满意度量表开展调查及分析。结果护士的职业价值观、离职意愿、工作满意度分别为(92.37±16.11)、(13.34±3.88)和(114.72±12.32)分。不同家人支持程度、对科室喜欢程度、护士的职业价值观比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同学历、聘用方式、家人支持程度、对科室喜欢程度的护士的离职意愿评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学历、聘用方式、家人支持程度、科室喜欢程度、职业价值观、工作满意度均是护士离职意愿的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论株洲市妇产科护士的职业价值观较为积极,职业价值观可负向预测离职意愿,离职意愿还会受到多种因素影响。 Objective To investigate the occupational values and turnover intention of obstetrics and gynecology nurses in Zhuzhou,and analyze the influencing factors.Methods Through the cluster sampling method,210 obstetrics and gynecology nurses in 5 general hospitals of Zhuzhou were selected as subjects for the survey. The questionnaire of social demographic data,occupational value scale,turnover intention scale and job satisfaction scale were used for the survey and analysis. Results The professional values,turnover intention and job satisfaction of the nurses were respectively(92.37±16.11),(13.34±3.88)and(114.72±12.32). There were statistically significant differences in family support,department preference,and nurses’ professional values(P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the scores of intention to quit among nurses with different educational backgrounds,employment methods,family support and department preference(P<0.05). Educational background,employment mode,family support,department preference,professional values and job satisfaction were all influential factors(P<0.05). Conclusions Occupational values of obstetrics and gynecology nurses in Zhuzhou are relatively positive. Occupational values can negatively predict turnover intention,which is also affected by a variety of factors.
