临床护士职业认同与希望水平和主观幸福感的相关性

Correlation between occupational identity of clinical nurses and their level of hope and subjective well-being

目的调查临床护士职业认同、希望水平和主观幸福感现状,分析护士职业认同、希望水平和主观幸福感之间的相关性。方法采用整群便利抽样法选取临床护士300名,采用一般情况调查表、护士职业认同评定量表(PIS)、成人特质希望量表(ADHS)、总体幸福感量表中文版(GWB)调查。结果共发放问卷300份,回收有效问卷292份,有效回收率为97.33%。护士的职业认同总均分为(3.15±0.41)分,得分率为63.0%,职业社交技巧评分最高,而职业社会支持得分最低。希望水平总均分为(2.26±0.59)分,得分率为56.5%,路径思维得分较高;而动力思维得分较低。主观幸福感总均分为(76.14±10.78)分,得分率为63.5%,情感和行为控制得分较高,而生活满意度得分最低。PIS总分与ADHS、GWB呈明显正相关(P<0.05),ADHS与GWB总评分呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。结构方程模型结果显示,护士职业认同可通过希望水平的中介作用而影响主观幸福感,中介效应占84.2%。结论临床护士职业认同及主观幸福感居中等偏上水平,但希望水平有待提高,三者之间呈明显正相关。

Objective To investigate the status quo of and the correlation between professional identity,hope level and subjective well-being of clinical nurses. Methods A total of 300 clinical nurses were selected by cluster convenience sampling method,and general situation questionnaire,nurse professional identity rating scale(PIS),adult trait hope scale(ADHS),and GWB were used for investigation. Results 292 of 300 questionnaires were valid and the effective recovery rate was 97.33%. The total professional identity score of nurses was(3.15±0.41),with a score rate of 63.0%,and the score of professional social skills was the highest. Professional social support scored lowest. The overall average score of the desired level was(2.26±0.59),with a rate of 56.5%. And dynamic thinking scores lower. The total subjective well-being was(76.14±10.78),with a rate of 63.5%,and a high score for emotional and behavioral control.Life satisfaction scores were the lowest. The total score of PIS was positively correlated with ADHS and GWB(P<0.05),and the total score of ADHS was positively correlated with GWB(P<0.05). The results of the structural equation model showed that the professional identity of nurses could affect the subjective well-being through the mediating effect of hope level,which accounts for 84.2%. Conclusions The professional identity and subjective well-being of clinical nurses are above the average level,but the level of hope should be improved,and there is a significant positive correlation between the three.
