谢道俊运用丹栀逍遥散加减治疗脑病经验

Clinical Experience of XIE Daojun in Treating Encephalopathy with Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder

谢道俊教授,安徽省名中医,从事医、教、研30余载,擅长中西医结合治疗神经内科病症,造诣颇丰,尤其善于运用中医经方治疗脑病。谢道俊教授根据《内经》:“木郁达之”的治疗原则,认为治疗肝郁为主证的疾病应首先顺肝之条达之性,以舒其郁遏之气,兼养营血,以奏养肝体而助肝用之效。丹栀逍遥散,在逍遥散基础上加牡丹皮、栀子,不仅可疏肝健脾养血,而且可清肝热、泄肝火。谢道俊教授认为脑病虽种类繁多,只要病机、证型符合丹栀逍遥散,都可灵活运用丹栀逍遥散加减治疗。谢教授用丹栀逍遥散化裁治疗失眠、郁证、头痛、眩晕等疾病,常收效颇著。谢教授其临证灵活处理,充分体现了中医学“异病同治”、“因人而异”的理念。笔者有幸师从谢道俊教授,侍诊左右,获益颇丰,现将谢教授运用丹栀逍遥散的临床经验总结一二,供同道参考。

Professor XIE Daojun,a famous Chinese medicine practitioner in Anhui Province,has been engaged in medicine,teaching and research for more than 30 years.He is good at treating neurological diseases with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.He is very accomplished,especially in the treatment of encephalopathy by classical prescription.Huangdi Neijing advanced“facilitating hepatic stagnation”remedial principle.Professor XIE Daojun suggested that the treatment of diseases with liver depression should be based on the principle of regulating the liver,so as to reducing depression and nourish the blood,so as to play the role of nourishing the liver in developing the liver a larger impact.Danzhi Xiaoyao powder,adding tree peony bark and cape jasmine on the basis of Xiaoyao powder,can not only soothe the liver and harmonizing stomach and nourish the blood,but also clear liver-fire and purging lung.Professor XIE Daojun believes that although there are many kinds of encephalopathy,as long as the pathogenesis and syndrome type are in line with Danzhi Xiaoyao powder,they can flexibly use danzhi Xiaoyao powder to treating diseases by adding and subtracting.Professor XIE used Danzhi Xiaoyao powder to cure to insomnia,stagnation,headache,dizziness and other diseases,It often achieved very good results.He applied Danzhi xiaoyao powder in clinical practice flexibly,which embodies the concept of”treating different diseases with the same treatment”and”different from person to person”in traditional Chinese medicine.The author is fortunate to learn from Professor XIE Daojun by his side,and reap no little benefit.Now the author summarizes clinical experience of Professor XIE using the Danzhi Xiaoyao powder for reference.
