Clinical Experience of ZHANG Guoliang in Treating Jaundice

张国梁教授乃安徽省名中医,国医大师徐经世的首席弟子。其从医三十余载,中医基础理论扎实,临床经验十分丰富。其辨治黄疸思维独特,注重疾病本身的致病因素,辨证从脏腑、气血入手,认为黄疸病邪主要在于湿、瘀、热、毒,病位涉及肝、胆、脾、肾等脏腑。其以清热利湿解毒、行气活血化淤为主要治疗方法,临床取得较好疗效。作者作为张国梁教授弟子,通过跟随其临证抄方,整理相关病例资料,从病因病机、治法方药等方面阐述和总结张国梁教授治疗黄疸病证的学术观点和临床经验,并附以验案举隅。张老师治疗黄疸的学术思想和临床经验独到,其治法变通,用药灵活,在实践中行之有效,为临床治疗提供新的诊疗思路。笔者旨在抛砖引玉,望广大中医同行深入学习与认真体会。

Professor ZHANG Guoliang is the chief disciple of the famous Chinese medicine practitioner of Anhui Province and the master of Chinese medicine XU Jingshi.He has been a doctor for more than 30 years,and his basic theory of Chinese medicine is solid and his clinical experience is very rich.Its differentiation and treatment of jaundice is unique in thinking,focusing on the pathogenic factors of the disease itself.Syndrome differentiation begins with viscera and Qi and blood.It is believed that jaundice is mainly caused by dampness,phlegm,heat and poison,and the disease involves liver,gallbladder,spleen and kidney.It is mainly used as a main treatment method for clearing away heat and dampness and detoxifying,promoting Qi and activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.As a disciple of Professor ZHANG Guoliang,the author,through following his copy of the documentary evidence,collated relevant case data,expounding and summarizing Professor ZHANG Guoliang’s academic viewpoint and clinical experience in treating jaundice syndrome from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis and prescription,and attaching it to the case.Give it a try.Mr.ZHANG’s academic thoughts and clinical experience in treating Huang Qi are unique.The treatment method is flexible,the medication is flexible,and it is effective in practice,providing new diagnosis and treatment ideas for clinical treatment.The author aims to introduce the jade,and hope that the majority of Chinese medicine practitioners will study and seriously understand.
