银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛随机对照试验Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials of Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsule in Treating Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:系统评价银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的安全性和有效性。方法:检索CNKI、Wan Fang Data、VIP、CBM、PubMed和Cochrane Library。检索银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的随机对照试验(截止时间为2019年3月)。根据预先设定的排除及纳入标准,由2名研究员分别独立纳入文献、提取分析资料、评价文献质量。采用RevMan5.3软件分析。结果:纳入16篇已发表RCTs,涉及1758例冠心病心绞痛患者(实验组894例,对照组864例)。提示银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛,实验组对于改善心绞痛(WMD=3.05,95%CI:2.29~4.07,P<0.00001)、异常心电图(WMD=2.69,95%CI:2.01~3.61,P<0.00001)、血脂等方面有效,并且较常规西药合用复方丹参片在改善心绞痛(WMD=4.37,95%CI:2.49~7.67,P<0.00001)、心电图(WMD=1.97,95%CI:1.32~2.93,P=0.0008)、血脂方面也有差异。结论:银丹心脑通软胶囊合用常规西药治疗可改善心绞痛症状、异常心电图及降低血脂。

Objective:To assess the effectiveness and safety of YindanXinnaotong Soft Capsule(YDXNT)in treating angina pectoris of CHD systematically.Methods:Searching relevant electronic databases and collecting relevant literature.Such Chinese databases as CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM and English databases as PubMed and Cochrane Library were searched from the date of their establishment to March 2019.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,2 researchers independently selected literature,extracted research materials,and evaluated the quality of literature analysis.Finally 16 studies were included.The total sample size was 1758 cases,894 in the experimental group and 864 in the control group.Results:YDXNT is effective in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.The experimental group is effective in improving angina pectoris(WMD=3.05,95%CI:2.29-4.07,P<0.00001),abnormal electrocardiogram(WMD=2.69,95%CI:2.01-3.61,P<0.00001),blood lipid and so on.It is also more effective in improving angina pectoris(WMD=4.37,95%CI:2.49-7.67,P<0.00001),electrocardiogram.(WMD=1.97,95%CI:1.32-2.93,P=0.0008)and blood lipids were also different.Conclusion:YDXNT had a certain effect in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,especially with positive effect on the improvement of the curative effect for angina pectoris with blood lipid and the effect of electrocardiogram.
