气郁质与平和质健康人群的脉诊信息特征研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究气郁质与平和质健康人群的脉诊信息特征,从而初步推断通过脉诊仪分析数据是否可以直接应用于临床人群体质的判定。方法:选取湖南中医药大学年龄在19~21岁之间且身体健康的女学生共1200人,运用脉诊仪分别收集记录脉诊信息,然后选取气郁质与平和质各35名作为样本,将数据样本通过快速傅里叶变换得到预处理后的波形图,并从中选取连续多个周期的脉搏波进行时域等分析。结果:通过样本数据的分析比较,获得健康人群中气郁质与平和质的脉诊波形图差异,其中h1、h4、h5、h4/h1、h5/h4的差异具有统计学意义。结论:初步推测健康人群中气郁质与平和质脉诊信息有较大差别,脉诊数据应用于临床体质分析具有较高的可行性。 Objective:This paper studies the characteristics of pulse diagnosis information of gas-depressed and peaceful and healthy people,and then pre-liminarily infers whether the analysis of data by pulse diagnosis instrument can be directly applied to the determination of physical fitness of clinical population.Methods:A total of 1200 female students aged 19-21 years and healthy in Hunan University of Traditional Chinese medicine were selected,and the pulse diagnosis information was collected by using pulse diagnosis instrument respectively,and then 35 members of Qi and Peace were selected as samples,and the data samples were pre-processed by Fast Fourier transform.The pulse wave of continuous multiple cycles is selected to analyze the time domain and so on.Results:Through the analysis and comparison of sample data,the differences of pulse diagnosis waveform between gas and peaceful quality in healthy population were obtained,among which the differences of h1,h4,h5,H4/h1 and H5/h4 were statistically significant.Conclusion:It is pre-liminarily speculated that there is a great difference between the information of gas depression and peaceful plasmid diagnosis in healthy population,and the use of pulse diagnosis data in clinical physique analysis is of high feasibility.
