化痰活血通络汤加减辅助治疗缺血性中风效果与安全性

Effect and Safety of Huatan Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in the Treatment of Ischemic stroke

目的:探讨化痰活血通络汤加减辅助治疗缺血性中风效果与安全性。方法:2017年2月—2018年1月到该院就诊的90例缺血性中风病例,随机分为两组,对照组行神经科常规治疗,观察组在此基础上行化痰活血通络汤加减辅助治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:化痰活血通络汤加减辅助治疗缺血性中风,可有效提高治疗效果,改善患者的神经功能,减轻后遗症,安全性好。

Objective:To explore the effect and safety of Huayu Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods:Ninety cases of ischemic stroke were admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to February 2017.Randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine treatment of the neurology.On the basis of this observation,the observation group was treated with the addition of sputum and blood circulation and collaterals.Compare the effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rates between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huayu Huoxue Tongluo decoction can reduce the therapeutic effect,improve the neurological function of patients,reduce the sequelae and improve the safety.
