中医药防治化疗相关性静脉炎简况

Preventing and Curing Chemotherapy-related Phlebitis with Traditional Chinese Medicine

化疗是对抗恶性肿瘤的重要手段之一,而静脉又是其主要给药途径,化疗药物具有毒性,大剂量多药联合冲击化疗方案的应用,往往会给注药静脉带来严重的损伤,极易导致静脉炎的发生,不但给肿瘤患者带来极大的困扰,也给化疗方案的顺利实施带来阻碍。临床实践证明,中医药对防治化疗相关性静脉炎有较好疗效,该文在查阅相关文献后,简要概述了近年来中医药防治化疗相关性静脉炎的临床进展。

Chemotherapy is one of the important means to fight malignant tumors.The vein is its main route of administration.Chemotherapy drugs are toxic,and the application of high-dose multi-drug combined with impact chemotherapy often causes serious damage to the veins of injection,which can easily lead to phlebitis.Not only does it cause great problems for cancer patients,but it also hinders the smooth implementation of chemotherapy.Clinical practice has proved that Chinese medicine has a good effect on the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-related phlebitis.After reviewing the relevant literature,this article briefly summarizes the clinical progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-related phlebitis in recent years.
