Research Progress of TCM Syndrome Therapy for Community Acquired Pneumonia

社区获得性肺炎,是指在医院外罹患的感染性肺实质(含肺泡壁,即广义上的肺间质)炎症,包括具有明确潜伏期的病原体感染在入院后于潜伏期内发病的肺炎。随着近年来抗生素的滥用和病原检测手段的不断更新,其病原谱也在相应发生着突变,使抗生素在临床中使用中效果不佳。通过查阅整理大量关于文献,针对目前CAP临床诊疗中出现的困难,结合CAP临床特点及其发病机制,总结近几年中医对其病因病机、证候及治疗的临床研究进行综述。这不仅给临床治疗中抗生素耐药难题提供新的思路,同时也能发挥中医药在临床中的优势和特色。

Community-acquired pneumonia refers to inflammation of the infectious lung parenchyma(including the alveolar wall,the pulmonary interstitium in a broad sense)that occurs outside the hospital.Includes pathogens with a defined latent period of infection that develop pneumonia during the incubation period after admission.With the abuse of antibiotics and the continuous updating of pathogen detection methods in recent years,the pathogen spectrum has also undergone mutations,making antibiotics ineffective in clinical use.Through reviewing and sorting out a large number of literatures,in view of the difficulties in the current clinical diagnosis and treatment of CAP,combined with the clinical characteristics and pathogenesis of CAP,summed up the clinical research of Chinese medicine on its etiology,pathogenesis and treatment in recent years.This not only provides new ideas for the antibiotic resistance problem in clinical treatment,but also can bring into play the advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinic.
