基于偏心圆环法的水泥基材料早期开裂研究

摘要 目前已经存在的单轴拉伸法,平板法,圆环法等都存在一定的局限性。在圆环法的基础上进行改进,使用一种偏心圆环开裂的试验方法研究水泥基材料的开裂机理,并且配以抗压强度试验辅助计算湿度扩散系数,利用MATLAB和ANSYS进行模拟分析。最终得到了水灰比为0.25、0.30、0.35、0.40的水泥净浆开裂时间并且模拟出样品的湿度变化以及应力分布规律。 There are some disadvantages among present methods that evaluates anti-cracking property of cement-based materials,such as uniaxial tension method,flat band method,ring method.An improved method based on ring method called eccentric ring method is selected to study cracking mechanism of cement-based materials.At the same time,compression tests are carried on to cooperate with eccentric method to calculate moisture diffusion coefficient.What's more,two kind of finite element softwares,MATLAB and ANSYS,are utilized to simulate experiments.Ultimately,cracking times of specimens with water-cement ratios of 0.25,0.30,0.35,0.40 are recorded and moisture variation as well as stress distribution of specimens are simulated.
