摘要
为了提高高韧性纤维增强水泥基复合材料的可持续发展指标,发展绿色环保型高韧性水泥基复合材料,以大掺量粉煤灰为基础,以粉煤灰掺量为参变量,研究不同粉煤灰掺量对高韧性纤维增强水泥基复合材料的流动度、抗压强度和弯曲性能的影响。研究结果表明,在大掺量粉煤灰情况下,随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,复合材料的流动度呈先增长后下降的趋势;抗压强度呈线性降低,且试件破坏时没有出现砂浆剥落现象,抗压破坏属于延性破坏;极限抗弯荷载呈现降低、增加又降低的变化趋势;极限挠度呈下降趋势,弯曲弹性刚度呈增加趋势。
In order to improve the material sustainability indicators of high toughness fiber reinforced cementitious composites,and to develop green and environmentally friendly high toughness fiber reinforced cementitious composites,the influence of different volume fly ash on the fluidity,compressive strength and bending properties of high toughness fiber reinforced cementitious composites was studied based on high-volume fly ash.The results show that,in the case of high-volume fly ash,the fluidity of composite materials shows the trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and the compressive strength decreases linearly,and there was no mortar peeling phenomenon when the sample was destroyed,and the compressive damage was ductile damage,and he change trend of limit bending load decreases,increases and decreases,and the extreme deflection is on the decline,and the elastic stiffness of bending is increasing.
