摘要
电视抓斗依靠液压传动系统实现抓取动作,是深海矿物取样的重要装备。受液压系统集成化程度低、布局混乱等因素的影响,早期的电视抓斗体积大、质量大、能耗高,不能实时显示液压系统的工作压力等关键状态参数,无法直观掌握系统运行状态,给深海取样工作带来了诸多不便。通过改进液压系统组成结构、优化深海液压补偿容积参数等方式,提升了液压系统的动态性能,缩小了设备总体体积,降低了系统能耗,提高了工作稳定性,使电视抓斗便于使用和维护,提高了深海调查工作效率。
The electro hydraulic grab with underwater television camera(TV Grab),driven by the hydraulic system,is a kind of important equipment for deep sea mineral sample collection.Under the influence of lower integration and bad structure layout of the hydraulic system,the early equipment is of big size and high power consumption.Thus,it s impossible to display the pressure of the hydraulic system,and it s hard to learn the reliability of the system intuitively,which brings inconvenience for deep sea operation.In this paper,the hydraulic system is optimized by adjusting component elements and redesigning hydraulic compensation volume to improving dynamic performance and working stability.After optimization,the size is smaller,the power consumption is lower,and the equipment is easier to use,which will improve the efficiency of deep sea investigation.
