摘要
针对目前曳引式家用电梯存在的土建要求高、结构复杂等问题,基于可编程序逻辑控制器(PLC)控制技术,研发一种气压式家用电梯。通过对轿厢运动过程分析,提出由PLC控制换向阀的轿厢调速方案、运动导向方案、制动方案和压力实时调整方案。根据压缩空气的特点,提出了一种困人自救方案。根据过程原理,进行了电气原理图和软件控制流程的实现。实际生产应用表明:该电梯在占用空间、土建要求、安装成本、后期维护、自救等方面比曳引式电梯具有明显优势,在家用电梯市场应用前景广阔。
Aiming at the problems of high civil engineering requirements and complex structure of traction household elevator.It develops a kind of pneumatic household elevator based on PLC control technology.Based on the analysis of the movement process of the elevator cab,it proposes a cab speed control scheme,a motion guidance scheme,a braking scheme and a pressure real-time adjustment scheme based on PLC which controlled the reversing valve etc.According to the characteristics of compressed air,it proposes a self-rescue scheme for trapped people.According to the process principle,it carried out the implementation of the electrical schematic and software control flow.Practical application shows that the pneumatic elevator has obvious advantages over the traction household elevator in terms of space occupation,civil engineering requirements,installation cost,post-maintenance and self-rescue.It has broad application prospect in the home elevator market.
