摘要
标准分是由原始分推导出来的相对地位量数,用来说明原始分在所属批次分数中的相对位置。对大型项目的履约绩效评价往往采取直接将原始分进行算术平均或加权平均的方法进行数据处理,没有考虑到原始分由于出自不同人员而不具有可加性的问题。通过将原始分利用Z分数原理转换成标准分,能够有效地解决原始分的可比性与可加性问题。本文在提出履约绩效评价尽管重要但目前数据处理方式存在问题的基础上,引入标准分的原理和计算方法,然后通过实例介绍标准分在履约绩效评价中的应用。
The standard score is the relative position quantity deduced from the original score,which is used to explain the relative position to the original score in the batch to which it belongs.Performance evaluation in large-scale projects usually adopts the method of averaging the original or weighted score to process data directly.It does not take into account that the original score does not have additive problem because it comes from different people.The problems of comparability and additivity of the original score can be effectively solved by converting the original score into the standard score by using z-score.The paper puts forward that although performance evaluation is important,there are some problems in current data processing methods,on this basis,introduces the principle and calculation method of standard score,and then introduces the application of standard score in performance evaluation through an example.
