摘要
为指导主减速器匹配开发和试验验证,对匹配应用工况下的主减速器耐久性计算进行了研究。分析主减速器耐久性的主要影响因素,建立其应用工况下的耐久性计算模型,基于试验数据对模型参数进行修正,采集某驱动桥主减速器不同应用工况下的道路载荷,并对道路载荷数据进行水平分级处理,编制其应用工况分级载荷谱,并基于工况载荷谱对该驱动桥的耐久性进行了分析和预测。
To guide the match development and test verification of final drive,the durability calculation model of final drive under the application condition is studied in this paper,the main factors influencing the final drive durability are analyzed and the durability calculation model under the application conditions is established.The model parameters are corrected based on the test data,the road loads of a drive axle of final drive under different applications are obtained and classified,graded load spectrum is established thereafter,finally analysis and predication of durability of this drive axle based on the operating load spectrum are carried out.
