摘要
针对三段式变速箱的换段方式,确定其液压传动方案。结合螺纹插装阀的使用将三段式变速箱的换段液压系统设计成集成阀体。利用Solid works设计出阀块,并使用ANSYS Workbench静力学分析,验证了阀块的结构可靠性。同时使用FLUENT对阀块内部工作流道进行流场分析,分析工作过程中流道内的液流特性,得到离合器进油的每一段路径的压力损失几乎都小于0.1 MPa,证明了阀块的设计具有较优的性能。
According to the shift way of 3-stage transmission,the scheme of its hydraulic transmission is determined.Combined with the use of threaded cartridge valve,the hydraulic transmission system was designed to integrate valve body.The valve block was designed by Solid works and was analyzed with statics by ANSYS Workbench to be conformed reliable.Meanwhile,the flow field analysis was carried out in the working flow route of the internal valve block using FLUENT,and the fluid flow characteristics during the working process were analyzed.The conclusion is received that the pressure loss for each segment of the clutch oil-taking path is almost less than 0.1 MPa,which proves that the design of the valve block has a superior performance.
