摘要
目前国内滚珠丝杠副测试平台相对落后的一个重要原因就是对滚珠丝杠副测试平台缺乏理论研究,特别是对其动态特性的研究存在着严重不足。针对测试平台目前存在的问题,提出了一种利用ABAQUS软件对滚珠丝杠副综合测试平台进行模态分析的方法,计算了不同振型和不同配重下对测试平台的影响,将计算结果与试验测试数据进行对比,验证了有限元模态分析方法的正确性。为滚珠丝杠副测试平台提供了一种新的模态分析模型,具有较好的应用价值。
At present,one of the important reasons for the relative backwardness of the domestic ball screw pair test platform is the lack of theoretical research,especially the serious shortage of the research on the dynamic characteristics of the ball screw pair test platform.Aiming at the existing problems of the test platform,the modal analysis method of the ball screw pair comprehensive test platform using ABAQUS software is presented.The effects of different vibration modes and distribution weights on the test platform were calculated and the results were compared with the test data to verify the correctness of the finite element modal(FEM)analysis method.This explores a new type of die for the test platform of ball screw pair.The model of state analysis has good application value.
