意外撞击下移动气压焊轨车火灾爆炸风险分析

摘要 在综述乙炔技术指标和一般安全风险的基础上,运用蒸气云TNT当量爆炸效应分析模型和喷射火焰模型对4种不同乙炔泄漏场景的破坏效果进行计算与分析。分析表明:破裂口尺寸、乙炔压力、泄漏时间与泄漏量显著正相关;当泄漏量达到约5 kg时,对人员危害较大;当泄漏量达到约10 kg时,爆炸冲击波将危及邻线列车安全;热辐射强度随距离增加呈幂函数快速衰减;当乙炔气瓶裂口为50 mm时,重伤区最大半径为12 m;低压乙炔管阀压力较小,造成重伤、死亡事故的可能性极小,但要防范次生灾害。 Based on the review of acetylene technical indicators and general safety risks,four different acetylene leakage scenarios were calculated and analyzed by using TNT equivalent explosion effect analysis model of vapor cloud and jet flame model.The results show that the size of rupture,acetylene pressure and leakage time are significantly positively correlated with the leakage;when the leakage reaches about 5 kg,the explosion shock wave will seriously injure drivers and operators;when the leakage reaches about 10 kg,the explosion shock wave will endanger the safety of adjacent trains;the thermal radiation intensity decreases rapidly with the increase of distance in power function;when the crack of acetylene cylinder reaches 50 mm,the maximum radius of the seriously injured area can reach 12 m;because of the low pressure acetylene pipe valve,the possibility of serious injury and death is very small,but attention should be paid to the secondary disasters that may occur.
