摘要
针对锂电池在民用航空器飞行中事故频发的危险状况,研究锂电池在民用航空器巡航阶段低压环境下热失控火灾温度特性。选取常压(101 kPa)和巡航低压(20 kPa)环境,在全尺寸实验舱内开展多节18650型锂离子电池热失控实验,分析温度变化及燃烧过程。对比得出,低压会严重影响锂电池热失控火灾环境温度特征;常压环境下多节锂电池热失控火灾伴有燃烧燃爆剧烈火行为现象;巡航低压下几乎无燃烧爆炸等剧烈火行为产生,火灾高温危险性相对较小。
According to the dangerous situation of Lithium battery accidents frequently occurring in civil aircraft flight,temperature characteristics of Lithium batteries in thermal runaway fire under low pressure during cruise phase of civil aircraft was studied.Atmospheric pressure(101 kPa)and cruise low pressure(20 kPa)environment were selected to carry out experiments on thermal runaway of 18650 Lithium-ion batteries in full-scale experimental cabin,and the temperature change and combustion process were analyzed.It is concluded that low voltage will affect the environmental temperature characteristics of Lithium battery thermal runaway fire seriously.Thermal runaway fire of multiple Lithium batteries under atmospheric pressure accompanied by intense combustion and explosion.There is almost no intense fire behavior such as combustion and explosion under cruising low pressure,and the high temperature hazard of fire is relatively small.
