突发事件网络舆情网络结构异化性评估

Evaluating the network structure alienation of network public opinion in emergency

针对突发事件网络舆情影响因素复杂多变的特点,运用复杂网络技术建立网络模型。运用不同攻击策略模拟舆情网络结构的异化程度,从而筛选出主控因素。研究结果表明:舆情网络具有典型的无标度网络特性;基于中心度的失效模式是对舆情网络结构异化性影响最为显著的策略;网络舆情的主控因素为网络传播速率、媒体报道频率、网民意见领袖、网民讨论与行动。

In view of the complex and changeable characteristics of influencing factors of the network public opinion in emergency,a network model is established by using complex network technology.Different attack strategies are used to simulate the degree of alienation of public opinion network structure,so as to screen out the main control factors.The results show that public opinion network has typical scale-free network characteristics;the failure mode based on centrality is the most significant strategy to influence the alienation of public opinion network structure;the main controlling factors of network public opinion are network transmission rate,media reporting frequency,opinion leaders of network people,discussion and action of netizens.
