摘要
校园科普教育对提升青少年消防安全意识和防灾自救能力至关重要。对比研究了国内外中小学消防安全教育在制度保障、宣传途径、科普内容和实施方式上存在的差异,提出了基于形成中小学消防安全文化的消防安全素质模型和组织体系构建,并在此基础上,从政策机制保障、教师队伍建设和教育形式三方面提出了相应的对策。
In this paper,the differences in publicity ways,contents and implementation methods of school fire safety education between China and abroad are comparatively studied,which is quite important to the security-conscious and self-rescue ability of primary and secondary students.Aiming at forming fire safety culture around the schools,a pyramid conceptual model and the organization structure or fire safety education are put forward.Based on this,the countermeasures including policy guarantee,teacher team construction and education mode of fire safety education mode are proposed.
