摘要
选取5名身体健康且体能达标的消防员、9个温湿度条件,分别在不同温湿度条件下进行轻度、中度、重度强度下功率自行车运动20 min,实时监测其心率、血压、耳温及耗氧量等生理指标,研究其生理热应激规律。
healthy and strong firefighters were selected for the experiment.Nine conditions of temperature and humidity were tested,and the firefighters did light-moderate-serious exercise on power bicycle for 20 min in every environment condition.The realtime monitoring of firefighters'heart rate,blood pressure and ear temperature were recorded and the regular of physiological heat stress was investigated.
