摘要
新型研发机构作为推进高校、科研院所与地方政府及企业产学研合作的重要载体,能有效整合创新资源开展源头性技术创新。然而,不同类型的新型研发机构采用的产学研合作模式存在较大差异,在实际合作过程中,各方的地位将发生变化,形成一个动态博弈的过程。本文将产学研合作模式分为技术持股、联合共建、项目孵化和人才交流四种模式,从引发过程、催化过程和阻化过程三个角度研究产学研合作的运作机制,指出存在的问题,并提出提高产学研合作效率的应对策略。
As an important carrier to promote the cooperation of research institutes,universities,local governments and enterprises,the new R&D institutions can effectively integrate innovative resources to carry out source technology innovation.However,the modes of cooperation between industry,academia and research institutes adopted by different types of new R&D institutions are quite different.In the actual cooperation process,the status of each party will change,then,become a dynamic game process.This paper divides the industry-university-research institute cooperation mode into four modes:technology shareholding,joint co-construction,project incubation and talent exchange.It studies the operation mechanism and existing problems of various cooperation modes from three aspects:initiation process,catalytic process and resistance process.Finally,various mechanism strategies and suggestions for the participants in the industry-university-research cooperation are proposed.
