摘要
高技能人才储备不足是制约中国创新驱动战略实施的重要因素,也在一定程度上阻碍了创新型国家的建设进度。因此,如何切实有效地提高高技能人才培养质量是重要的现实问题。本文在梳理现有研究的基础上,考虑高职院校在高技能人才培养过程中的实际情况,结合校企合作共同培养这一普遍的高技能人才培养模式,构建高技能人才培养过程中教师和高职院校的策略演化博弈模型。根据数理分析及仿真实验结果,得出在高技能人才培养过程中高职院校和教师策略演化机制的相关结论,并依据研究结论提出相应的对策建议,为切实有效提高高技能人才培养质量提供一定的理论支撑。
The insufficient reserve of high-skilled talents is an important factor that restricts the implementation of innovation-driven strategy in China,and also hinders the progress of building an innovative country to a certain extent.How to improve the quality of high-skilled personnel training effectively is an important practical issue.In order to analyze this practical problem,this paper constructs a strategic evolutionary game model of teachers and colleges in the process of cooperating with enterprises to cultivate high-skilled talents,considering the actual situation in the process of high-skilled personnel training in colleges and universities.Based on the analysis and simulation experiments of the model,this paper draws relevant research conclusions about the evolution mechanism of colleges and teachers strategies.Then we propose corresponding countermeasures for improving the quality of high-skilled personnel training effectively.
