摘要
以活性污泥为原料,掺杂尾矿、黏土、砂子等制备环保型透水砖。考察了物料配比、烧结温度、保温时间对试验结果的影响。结果表明:当砂子、黏土、尾矿、污泥质量比为10%∶10%∶70%∶10%,焙烧温度为1 100℃,保温时间为1.0 h,所制备透水砖的抗压强度为12.0 MPa,透水系数为1.0×10^-2 cm/s,实现了废弃资源的充分利用。
Using activated sludge as raw material,doped tailings,clay and sand to prepare environmentally-friendly permeable bricks.The effects of material ratio,sintering temperature and holding time on the experimental results were investigated.The results show that when the mass ratio of sand,clay,tailings and sludge was 10%∶10%∶70%∶10%,the roasting temperature is 1 100℃,the holding time is 1.0 h,the compressive strength of the permeable brick is 12.0 MPa,and the water permeability coefficient is 1.0×10^-2 cm/s.This experiment realize the full utilization of waste resources.
