防水毯用膨润土捏合方式对比及工艺试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 以新疆夏子街天然钠基膨润土为试验对象,采用4种不同捏合方式对该膨润土进行捏合对比与讨论。将捏合后膨润土进行工艺试验研究,通过试验确定该膨润土适宜的捏合方式,并提出最佳生产工艺:添加剂氢氧化钠用量0.2%,丙烯酰胺用量0.07%,水分28%,精细泥化机混匀捏合1次后覆膜、打卷。结果表明:该膨润土在最优生产工艺中,凸显出工艺简单、可操作性强、性能稳定等优势,且符合JG/T 193-2006《钠基膨润土防水毯》标准中覆膜法制备钠基膨润土防水毯产品的技术指标要求,可实际推广应用。 Taking the natural sodium bentonite from Xiazi Street in Xinjiang as the experimental research object,the bentonite was discussed and compared by four different kneading methods,and the performance of the bentonite product produced by the waterproof blanket was greatly improved.The kneaded bentonite was subjected to process test research,and the suitable kneading method of bentonite was determined through experiments,and the optimal production process was proposed:additive sodium hydroxide was 0.2%,the acrylamide was 0.07%,and the water was 28%,the fine mud machine mixing and kneading once,laminating and rolling.The results show that the bentonite in the best production process highlights the advantages of simple process,strong operability and stable performance,and meet the technical requirements for the preparation of sodium bentonite waterproof blanket products by the laminating method in JG/T 193-2006“Sodium bentonite geosynthetic clay liner”,It is the best process plan for the actual promotion of this product in the area.
