摘要
土壤镉污染已严重破坏土壤环境并威胁人类健康安全,基于以废治废理念,利用赤泥为原料制备赤泥陶粒,同时对制备工艺进行优化研究;以模拟镉污染土壤为对象,研究了赤泥陶粒对土壤中镉的吸附迁移性能。分别考察镉质量浓度(mg/kg)、土壤pH值、吸附时间(d)等对陶粒吸附性能的影响,并用正交试验确定了陶粒去除土壤中镉的最优条件:吸附时间为20 d、镉质量浓度为56.014 mg/kg、溶液pH值为5.0,镉去除率为40.69%,赤泥陶粒成为土壤镉污染修复又一选择。
The soil environment and human health and safety have been seriously damaged by cadmium pollution in soil.In this paper,according to the idea of waste treatment,red mud ceramsite was prepared by using red mud as raw material,and the preparation process was optimized.The adsorption performance of cadmium in soil by red mud ceramsite was studied.The effects of cadmium concentration(mg/kg),soil pH and adsorption time(d)on the adsorption properties of ceramsite were investigated.The optimum conditions of removing cadmium from soil by ceramsite were determined by orthogonal test:adsorption time for 20 days,cadmium concentration of 56.014 mg/kg,solution pH 5.0,cadmium removal rate was 40.69%,the red mud ceramsite as soil remediation was another choice to remove cadmium ion.
