摘要
对竹浆绿液除硅制得的硅铝酸盐性能进行表征,并将其用作密封材料填料,研究其对密封材料性能影响。结果表明,所制备的硅铝酸盐为无定形态结构,表面有亲水性较强的羟基。硅铝酸盐一次粒径为40~60 nm,团聚体平均粒径为610 nm,粒子匀整性差,具有多孔结构,比表面积为36 m^2/g。作为密封材料填料时,随着硅铝酸盐用量增加,密封材料密度和拉伸强度及回弹性能逐渐提高,但当用量大于30%后,密度和拉伸强度逐渐下降。当硅铝酸盐用量为50%,材料密度为1.08 g/cm^3,拉伸强度为11.51 MPa,压缩率为7.23%,回弹率为45.70%。与碳酸钙配比时,随着硅铝酸盐用量增加,碳酸钙用量减少,材料密度逐渐减小,拉伸强度先增大后减小,最大为18.49 MPa,压缩率变化不大,回弹率显著提高,当硅铝酸盐用量为45%、碳酸钙用量为0时,材料密度为1.14 g/cm3,压缩率为6.47%,回弹率为44.85%,相对于未添加硅铝酸盐时,回弹率提高了110.5%。由此可见,硅铝酸盐填料可以显著提高密封材料压缩回弹性能,提高密封材料质量。
The properties of silicaluminate prepared by removing silicon from bamboo pulp green liquor were characterized and used as sealing material fillers to study its effect on the performance of sealing materials.The results show that the prepared silicaluminate has an amorphous structure and a hydrophilic hydroxyl group on the surface.The silicaluminate has a primary particle diameter of 40-60 nm,an aggregate having an average particle diameter of 610 nm,poor particle uniformity.And it has a porous structure and a specific surface area of 36 m^2/g.As a filler of sealing material,as the amount of silicaluminate increases,the density,tensile strength and resilience of the sealing material gradually increase,but when the dosage is more than 30%,the density and tensile strength gradually decrease.When the silicaluminate content is 50%,the density is 1.08 g/cm^3,the tensile strength is 11.51 MPa,the compression ratio is 7.23%,and the rebound rate is 45.70%.When used together with calcium carbonate,as the amount of silicaluminate increases,the amount of calcium carbonate decreases,the material density decreases,and the tensile strength first increases to 18.49 MPa and then decreases,compression rate change is not obvious.The elastic rate is significantly improved.When the amount of silicaluminate is 45%and the amount of calcium carbonate is 0,the density is 1.14 g/cm^3,the compression ratio is 6.47%,and the rebound rate is 44.85%,compared to the unadded Silicaluminate.When salt is used,the rebound rate is increased by 110.5%.It can be seen that the Silicaluminate filler can significantly improve the compression resilience of the sealing material and improve the quality of the sealing material.
