摘要
多种类型大科学设施在特定区域集聚,有助于实现基础科学研究、工程技术应用、工业企业制造等多领域前沿人才和创新资本要素集聚。具备多样性生物集聚、创新要素快速流动及互利共生等特征的“雨林模型”,常被用于描述极具活力的创新生态系统和解释创新生态系统运行机制。在“雨林模型”和演化交易成本视角下,分析基于大科学设施的创新生态系统历史演进和发展现状,发现创新中国大科学设施投资模式有利于构建大科学设施集群演化为“热带雨林”的组织基础和个体行动选择基础。
The agglomeration of various types of large scientific infrastructure(LSI)in certain area can realize the agglomeration of talents from the fields such as basic scientific research,engineering technology application and industrial enterprises,etc.,as well as the agglomeration of innovational capitals.Rainforest model,which has the characteristics of biodiversity accumulation,rapid flow of innovative elements and mutually beneficial symbiosis,is used to describe a dynamic innovative ecosystem and explain the operating mechanism of innovative ecosystem.From the perspective of"rainforest model"and evolutionary transaction cost,this paper analyses the historical evolution and development status of innovation ecosystem built on LSI,and it is also suggested that innovating the investment model of LSI will be beneficial to the construction of the organizational basis and individual motivation for the evolution of large scientific facilities cluster into"tropical rainforest".
