摘要
以AZ31镁合金为基体,经一系列处理后化学镀镍再电沉积Ni-TiO2复合镀层。比较了采用三种不同搅拌方式制备的Ni-TiO2复合镀层的沉积速率、表面形貌、显微硬度及耐蚀性。结果表明:采用间歇磁力搅拌、间歇超声波搅拌制备的Ni-TiO2复合镀层的性能比采用连续磁力搅拌制备的Ni-TiO2复合镀层的性能好。尤其是采用间歇超声波搅拌制备的Ni-TiO2复合镀层,其显微硬度和耐蚀性相比AZ31镁合金均大幅提高。
Electroless nickel plating was carried out on AZ31 magnesium alloy after a series of treatment,and Ni-Ti02 composite coating was electrodeposited on electroless nickel coating.The deposition rate,surface morphology,microhardness and corrosion resistance of the Ni-Ti02 composite coating prepared by three different stirring methods were compared.The results showed that the properties of the Ni-Ti02 composite coating prepared by intermittent magnetic stirring or intermittent ultrasonic stirring were better than those of the Ni-Ti02 composite coating prepared by continuous magnetic stirring,especially the Ni-Ti02 composite coating prepared by intermittent ultrasonic stirring,its microhardness and corrosion resistance were significantly improved compared with those of AZ31 magnesium alloy.
