摘要
比较了镁合金锰系、锌系、钙系、钡系磷酸盐转化膜的性能。采用点滴试验和电化学试验测试了四种磷酸盐转化膜的耐蚀性,并采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察了四种磷酸盐转化膜的形貌。结果表明:钡系磷酸盐转化膜最薄,但自腐蚀电流密度最小,自腐蚀电位最正,耐蚀性最好。
The properties of manganese,zinc,calcium and barium phosphate conversion films on magnesium alloy were compared.The corrosion resistance of four kinds of phosphate conversion films was tested by dripping test and electrochemical test,and the morphology of four kinds of phosphate conversion films was observed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that barium phosphate conversion film was thinnest,while its corrosion resistance was the best,the self-corrosion current density was minimum and self--corrosion potential was most positive.
