摘要
旨在寻找替代传统硫酸锌、氢氟酸体系的酸性浸锌液。采用电化学分析仪测试了酸性浸锌层的极化曲线、交流阻抗曲线和时间-电位曲线。结果表明:苹果酸替代氢氟酸的效果优于葡萄糖酸替代氢氟酸的效果。另外,性能优异的酸性浸锌层可以较大程度地提高铸造铝-硅合金基体的耐蚀性。
Aiming to find out an acid zinc immersion solution to replace traditional zinc sulfate and hydrofluoric acid zinc immersion solution.The polarization curve,alternating current impedance curve and time-potential curve of acid zinc immersion coating was measured by electrochemical analyzer.The results showed that the effect of malic acid instead of hydrofluoric acid was better than that of gluconic acid instead of hydrofluoric acid.Furthermore,the excellent acid zinc immersion coating could highly improve the corrosion resistance of cast aluminum-silicon alloy substrate.
