摘要
提出了分光光度法测定乙丙橡胶中钒含量的分析方法,考察了试样的萃取时间、络合物的显色时间和最大吸收波长对测定乙丙橡胶中钒含量的影响。建立了标准曲线,通过与原子吸收光谱法对比考察了方法的准确度,并按制定的实验室间试验程序,完成了方法的精密度试验。结果表明,该方法的萃取时间为2 min,显色时间为3 min,最大吸收波长为440 nm;标准曲线的线性相关系数为0.999 3;当钒含量为2.30~15.30μg/g时,实验室内重复性为0.48~0.67μg/g,实验室间再现性为0.56~4.98μg/g。
The vanadium content in ethylene-propylene rubber(EPR)was determined by spectrophotometry.The effects of extraction time of sample,developing time of complex and the maximum absorption wavelength on the determination of vanadium content in EPR were investigated.The standard curve was established,and the accuracy of the method was examined by comparing with atomic absorption spectrometry.The precision test of the method was completed according to the established inter-laboratory test procedure.The results showed that the extraction time of this method was 2 min,the colour developing time was 3 min,and the maximum absorption wavelength was 440 nm.The linearly dependent coefficient of the standard curve was 0.999 3.When the vanadium content was 2.30~15.30μg/g,the repea-tability in the laboratory was 0.48~0.67μg/g,and the reproducibility between laboratories was 0.56~4.98μg/g.
