摘要
以Mooney-Rivlin模型为基础,对封隔器胶筒用氢化丁腈橡胶在不同高温老化环境下的本构模型参数的确定方法进行了研究。结果表明,一定条件下,橡胶两参数本构模型C 01/C 10仅随温度变化,而肖氏硬度及老化时间对其影响不大,同时拟合得到了橡胶弹性模量随温度、肖氏硬度及老化时间的变化规律,得到了一种简单确定两参数本构模型C 10和C 01的方法,并在封隔器胶筒上进行了试验和有限元模拟验证,模拟与实验结果的趋势和数值大小的拟合度达到90%以上。
Based on Mooney-Rivlin model,the method of determining the constitutive model para-meters of hydrogenated butadiene-nitrile rubber for packer rubber barrel under different high-temperature aging environment.The results showed that under certain conditions,the ratio of C 01/C 10 of two-parameters constitutive model of rubber only varied with temperature,while the Shaw hardness and aging time had little effect on it.At the same time,the law of elastic modulus of rubber varying with temperature,Shaw hardness and aging time were fitted,and a simple two-parameters constitutive model C 10 and C 01 determing method was obtained.The method had been tested and verified by finite element simulation on packer rubber cylinder.The fitting degree between simulation and experimental results was over 90%.
