摘要
使用齿轮泵辅助装置配合挤出机,考察了在不同转速下使用齿轮泵辅助挤出对螺杆承受压力、机头压力、挤出稳定性和挤出短纤维增强橡胶复合材料的门尼黏度、硫化特性及物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,使用齿轮泵辅助装置,可以降低挤出机内混炼胶的压力和温度,提高机头压力,降低混炼胶的挤出温度,提高混炼胶的挤出效率和挤出稳定性。同时可以进一步提高硫化效率,提高硫化胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度,降低磨耗,提高挤出成型制品的质量。
The gear pump auxiliary device was used with the extruder to study the screw pressure,nose pressure,extrusion stability and effects of Mooney viscosity,curing characteristics,physical and mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical pro-perties of extruded short fiber reinforced rubber composites under different rotational speeds.The results showed that using gear pump auxiliary device could reduce the pressure and temperature of the rubber in the extruder,increase the head pressure,reduce the extrusion temperature,increase the extrusion efficiency and improve the extrusion stability.Improving the efficiency of short fiber reinforced rubber composite extrusion at the same time,it could further improve the efficiency of sulfide,increase tensile strength and tear strength,reduce the abrasion,guarantee the quality of extrusion products.
