摘要
考察了白炭黑增强溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)的动态力学性能,并考查了白炭黑用量与0℃和60℃的损耗因子(tanδ)的关系。结果表明,采用白炭黑增强SSBR时,随着白炭黑用量的增加,在填料总量增加、炭黑用量一定时,弹性模量(G′)及损耗模量(G″)增大,tanδ下降;在填料总量一定的条件下,炭黑用量减少,G′增大,G″不变,tanδ下降;在压缩条件下,压缩弹性模量增大,tanδ下降,生热降低。
The dynamic mechanical properties of silica reinforced solution polymerized styrene-buta-diene rubber(SSBR)were studied.The relationship between silica and loss factor(tanδ)was fitted at 0℃and 60℃.The results showed that the larger the amount of silica was,the greater the elastic mo-dulus(G′)and loss modulus(G″)were,and the smaller the tanδwas,when SSBR was reinforced by silica.When carbon black was quantified,the larger the amount of silica was,the higher G′and G″were.When the total amount of filler was fixed,the amount of carbon black decreased,G′increased,G″remained unchange and tanδdecreased;while the compressive modulus of elasticity increased,tanδdecreased and the heat generation was lower.
