摘要 采用氯离子非稳态自然扩散试验测试了碱矿渣混凝土的氯离子扩散系数,并与对比水泥混凝土进行比较。研究了水玻璃碱当量与模数对碱矿渣混凝土氯离子扩散系数的影响。结果表明:由于孔结构更好,碱矿渣混凝土氯离子扩散系数较对比水泥混凝土低,具有较好的抗氯离子侵入能力。水玻璃碱当量增加,碱矿渣混凝土氯离子扩散系数有所降低。碱当量一定时,氯离子扩散系数随模数增加,先呈现减小趋势,在模数为1.5左右达到最低值,随后氯离子扩散系数有增加趋势。不同于普通水泥混凝土,当碱当量与模数变化时,混凝土电导率不适合用于评价碱矿渣混凝土的孔结构。 Chloride diffusivity of alkali activated slag concretes was determined by adopting unsteady state diffusion test and the result was compared to Portland cement concrete.Effects on chloride diffusivity of alkali activated slag concrete caused by alkali concentration and modulus of water glass were studied.Experimental results show that chloride diffusivity of alkali activated slag concretes was relatively lower compared to Portland cement concrete due to the former had a better pore structure.Chloride diffusivity decreased with the increase of alkali concentration.While alkali concentration was controlled,chloride diffusivity decreased firstly and reached the minimum value when modulus was about 1.5,then increased with the increase of modulus.Unlike Portland cement concrete,due to the variation of alkali concentration and modulus,bulk conductivity was not suitable for evaluating pore structure of alkali activated slag concrete.
