摘要
通过研究砂浆胶砂比、粉煤灰掺量和水胶比等不同因素对再生湿拌砂浆抗压强度性能的影响,实现工程抹灰用再生湿拌砂浆的抗压强度性能要求。采用折线图的形式,依次列出不同影响因素与砂浆抗压强度间的线性关系,并分析砂浆胶砂比、粉煤灰掺量和水胶比等因素对砂浆抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明,随砂浆胶砂比的增大、粉煤灰掺量的增加以及砂浆水胶比的增大,砂浆的抗压强度出现不同水平的降低。而结合前期研究,当胶砂比为1∶4,水胶比为0.6,粉煤灰掺量为35%时能较好的满足施工用湿拌砂浆的要求,工程造价也较低。
The impact of different factors such as the ratio of mortar to sand,fly ash content and water-binder ratio on the compressive strength properties of wet-mixed mortars was studied in order to achieve the compressive strength performance requirements of recycled wet-mixed mortar for engineering renders.The linear relationship between the different influencing factors and the compressive strength of the mortar was listed in the form of a line chart,and the influence of mortar to sand ratio,fly ash content,and water-binder ratio on the compressive strength of the mortar was analyzed.The results show that the compressive strength of mortar decreases at different levels with the increase of the ratio of mortar to sand,the increase of fly ash content,and the increase of the ratio of mortar to water.Combined with the previous study,when the ratio of glue to sand is 1∶4,the ratio of water to cement is 0.6,and the amount of fly ash is 35%,the requirements for wet mixed mortar for construction can be well met,and the construction cost is also low.
