旧工业建筑的更新是当前我国城市建设中面临的主要问题之一,而混凝土这一材料也越来越多的被应用于旧工业建筑项目之中。在对混凝土材料广泛应用于旧工业建筑更新中的优势进行分析后,总结了混凝土材料在结构加固、空间塑造以及界面质感等方面的应用方法,进而对未来混凝土材料的应用趋势予以展望,以期能够对我国旧工业建筑更新事业提供有益借鉴。

Renewal of old industrial buildings is one of the main problems in urban construction in China,and concrete is more and more used in old industrial construction projects.After analyzing the advantages of concrete materials widely used in the renewal of old industrial buildings,it summarizes the application methods of concrete materials in the aspects of structural reinforcement,space shaping and interface texture,and then looks forward to the application trend of concrete materials in the future,with a view to promoting the renewal of old industrial buildings in China and provide useful reference.
