社会资本视角下村庄集体行动困境——基于一个农区村庄土地纠纷的分析

The Dilemma of Village Collective Action from the Perspective of Social Capital:A Case Analysis of a Land Dispute in Rural Area

基于对一个农区村庄土地纠纷中集体行动困境的描述,探讨社会资本如何影响集体行动的达成。研究表明,只有社会网络被激活并发挥一定功能后,才能真正成为社会资本;农户所处的制度场是集体行动困境的潜在影响因素,农户所处的制度场既有正式制度也有非正式制度。正式制度主要涉及土地承包制度、村民自治制度,非正式制度涉及村风和行为规范,主要指村里长久以来顺从、不反抗的村落文化和村支书“地痞作风”对村民的震慑。

This paper described a collective action dilemma during a land dispute in a rural village,and explored the effects on collective action that social capital could cause.It was found that as long as social network could be activated and perform function,social capital could play a role.Institutional field which surrounded peasants was potential influencing factor of“collective action dilemma”.There were both formal and informal institutions.The formal institution involved land contract system and villager autonomy system.The informal institution referred to village culture and behavioral norms.
