人民币国际化之“三柱一梁”——写在人民币跨境使用十年

"Three Pillars and One Beam" of RMB Internationalization——Written at the Tenth Year of Cross Border RMB Business

当前人民币国际化机遇和挑战并存。本文以“三柱一梁”概括支撑人民币国际化稳健发展的主要因素,指出人民币国际化应坚持本币优先构建政策环境、坚持需求拉动推进业务发展、坚持合法有序完善监督管理,并构建有效的政策传导机制。人民币国际化应顺势而为、稳步推进,服务实需并依托实需,业务发展与风险防范并重,兼顾安全与效率。

The current RMB faces both international opportunities and challenges.This article summarizes the main factors that support the steady development of RMB internationalization with“three pillars and one beam”.It points out that RMB internationalization should adhere to the local currency priority to build a policy environment,promote business development through demands.And we should perfect supervision and management legally and orderly and build effective policy transmission mechanism.The internationalization of the RMB should be implemented consisting with the trend and in a steady manner.The actual needs of the services should be based on actual needs,and both business development and risk prevention should be taken into account,taking into account safety and efficiency.
