论网络思想政治教育话语权效能的提升

On the improvement of the efficiency of discourse power in network ideological and political education

媒体融合的网络已成为国内外各式思想交流、交融乃至交锋的重要平台,也日益成为思想政治教育话语权必须争夺的前沿主阵地,效能则是网络思想政治教育话语权的直接呈现。网络思想政治教育话语权效能的提升应基于三个维度的评价指标:政治维度——话语权“占领意识形态主阵地”;价值维度——话语权“建构社会价值共识”;展望维度——话语权“引领网络共享共建”。网络思想政治教育话语权发生作用的机理应取决于“对话语传播过程的支配”“对受众群体网络意识的冲击”“对话语传播者地位的凸显”以及“对受众群体特点的认知”。提升网络思想政治教育话语权效能的途径应着力于:加强网络教育传播主体的组织领导;增强主流网络思想文化吸引力;共享共建安全的网络信息资源。

The network of media convergence has become an important platform for the exchange,integration and even confrontation of various ideas at home and abroad,and has increasingly become the main front for the battle for the right to speak in ideological and political education,with efficiency as the direct manifestation of the discourse power in network ideological and political education.The author thinks that the improvement of the discourse power in online ideological and political education should be based on three evaluation indexes:political dimension,which means the discourse power“occupies the main ideological front”;value dimension,which suggests that discourse power“constructs social value consensus”;and prospect dimension,which implies that discourse power“leads network sharing and joint construction”.The mechanism of the discourse power in online ideological and political education should be determined by“the domination of discourse communication process”,“the impact on the network consciousness of the audience”,and“the prominence of the position of the communicator”.As to the approaches of improving the efficiency of the discourse power of online ideological and political education,three points should be focused on.First,politically speaking,it needs strengthening the organizational leadership of the subject in online education and dissemination.Second,in terms of value,it needs enhancing the mainstream network ideology and culture attraction.And thirdly in terms of prospect,it needs sharing and building secure network information resources.
