微量进样器计量校准方法的探讨

文章对微量进样器的校准方法进行探讨,提出用衡量法(电子天平称量)对微量进样器的全容量范围进行测量的方法,选用分度值为0.001mg的电子天平及防蒸发装置,本方法解决了微量体积校准的难题。校准项目包括微量进样器的容量示值误差及容量重复性。并对各种规格的微量进样器进行验证,结果表明给出的技术指标比较合理,校准方法切实可行。该方法操作简单方便、准确高效。

The paper discusse methods of calibrating micro sampling syringe,A method of measuring the whole range by means of electronic balance measurement is proposed,The difficulty of micro volume calibration is solved by using the electronic balance with the indexing value of 0.001 mg and anti-evaporation device.The calibration items include the capacity indication error and capacity repeatability of the micro sampling syringe.Calibration of various specifications of micro sampling syringe,The results show that the technical indicators given are reasonable and the calibration method is feasible.The method is simple,convenient,accurate and efficient.
