摘要
随着风能发电与核能发电规模的不断扩大,对电力系统调峰辅助服务的需求量会逐渐增多,但由于风电与核电的负荷峰谷差异较大,导致抽水蓄能调峰方式难以满足电力系统运行需要。文章通过对风电调峰与核电调峰的运行机制研究,阐述了风电的反调峰与核电的可调峰特性,在此基础上构建了核电参与调峰的联合调峰控制策略。最终,通过对某省电网调峰辅助服务数据模拟计算,验证了调峰辅助服务联合控制策略的有效性。
With the continuous expansion of wind power generation and nuclear power generation,the demand for peak shaving auxiliary services in power system will gradually increase,but because of the great difference between wind power and nuclear power load peak valley,the pumped storage peak shaving mode is difficult to meet the operation needs of power system.Based on the study of the operation mechanism of wind power peak shaving and nuclear power peak shaving,this paper expounds the reverse peak shaving characteristics of wind power and the adjustable peak characteristics of nuclear power,and on this basis,constructs the joint peak shaving control strategy of nuclear power participating in peak shaving.Finally,the effectiveness of the joint control strategy of peak shaving auxiliary service is verified by simulating the peak shaving auxiliary service data of a provincial power grid.
