摘要
智能电网的低碳效益有多个方面的体现,如多元化能源利用、保证电网输送效率、控制需求响应/负荷以及支持智能用电等,文章从发电侧、电网侧与用户侧3方面选取区域智能电网低碳效益评价关键指标,并基于此设计含评价对象、评价维度、关键指标与重要指标的4层评价指标体系,最后,采用ANP-Fuzzy方法构建区域智能电网低碳效益评价模型,可准确反映区域智能电网的低碳效益水平。
Smart power grid’s low carbon benefits reflect in many ways,for example,its energy utilization is diversified,can guarantee power grid’s transport efficiency,control demand response/load and support intelligent use of electricity.The paper selects regional smart grid low carbon benefits evaluation key indexes from power generation side,grid side and user side 3 aspects,and designs its assessment indicator system that concludes evaluation object,evaluation dimension,key index and important index.At last,it uses ANP-Fuzzy method to build regional smart grid low carbon benefits evaluation model,can reflect regional smart grid low carbon benefits level accurately.
