电子类实验室安全准入制度及运行保障机制的建立与实施

高校电子类实验室承担着理工科学生的实习实践教学任务,并为学生的课程设计、毕业设计、创新竞赛提供场地和设备仪器支持。实验室安全稳健高效地运行,是全校师生的生命财产安全及教学科研成果的保障。文章在研究实验室安全准入制度的基础上,仔细分析了目前实验室存在的安全问题及漏洞,针对电子类实验室的特点,制定安全准入制度,建立“规章制度——培训体系——应急预案——检查整改”全过程跟踪管理的保障机制,安全责任明确到个人,切实提高师生的实验安全意识,保障实验室的可持续运行。

The university's electronic laboratory undertakes the practical and practical teaching tasks of science and engineering students,and provides venue and equipment and instrument support for students'curriculum design,graduation design and innovation competition.The safe,efficient and efficient operation of the laboratory is the guarantee of the life and property safety and teaching and research achievements of the teachers and students of the whole school.On the basis of researching the laboratory safety access system,this paper carefully analyzes the current security problems and vulnerabilities in the laboratory,and develops a security access system for the characteristics of electronic laboratories,and establishes a“regulation system–training system-The emergency plan-check and rectify the whole process of tracking and management of the safeguard mechanism”,the safety responsibility is clear to the individual,to effectively improve the experimental safety awareness of teachers and students,to ensure the sustainable operation of the laboratory.
