摘要
通过广东移动OSS DevOps实践过程中建立的DevOps能力成熟度评估体系来描述了如何在企业DevOps实践中应用DevOps能力成熟度模型。能力成熟度评估体系的建设是成功实施DevOps的关键活动,因此本文内容对计划通过DevOps实践提升开发运维能力的组织和企业有实际的借鉴意义,特别适用于传统企业IT建设DevOps实践落地。
This paper describes how to apply DevOps capability maturity model in enterprise DevOps practice through the DevOps capability maturity evaluation system established in the process of OSS DevOps practice in guangdong mobile.The construction of the capability maturity evaluation system is the key activity for the successful implementation of DevOps.Therefore,the content of this paper has practical reference significance for organizations and enterprises planning to improve the development and operation and maintenance ability through DevOps practice,especially for the implementation of traditional enterprise IT construction DevOps practice.
